I just finished cutting red and green peppers into julienne strips for roasting. Why? I cook when I am nervous or need to start a project, and this blog is a new project. I will probably have some great new recipes by the time I get this written. I am hungry already!
My mother, Jean, used to walk into the kitchen, look around, and ask, “Theresa do you have a test at school?”
Of course, I do love to cook and I love to share what I cook with others.
My mother-in-law, Charlotte, always prepared this Valpo Guild recipe for Christmas dinner, and I still prepare it because our family loves it.
