Skyler Lee Osborne "S. Dot The Last Don", age 26, of Quincy, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 2:21 p.m. surrounded by family and friends.

Skyler was born June 20, 1994 in Quincy, Illinois, the son of Herman L. Osborne and Becky Bowen.

He loved his family and friends and his dog Thor. Skyler loved playing football in high school and watching T.V. He also enjoyed listening to music and talking to most people. He loved playing on his PS4 and playing online with his friends and others throughout the United States. Skyler loved watching SciFi movies and watching the National Geographic Channel. Skyler was an exceptional artist and loved drawing anything and everything he could. He loved messing with his step-father whenever he could.

Skyler is survived by his mother, Becky (Greg) Troy of Quincy; his father, Herman L. Osborne; his brother, Dominic Fletcher of HI; five sisters, Ashley (Nikka) Smith, Brooke, Heather, and Alyssa Osborne and Gabbi LaBre, all of Quincy; step brothers, Jarvis Summers of Davenport, IA, Allen (Heather) Troy of Devils Lake, ND, and Kenneth (Mel) Troy of Tyler, TX; maternal grandmother, Paula Chestnut; nieces Hayzlee Ann Abbey, Kyla Nicole Abbey, and Lilah Penelope Merida; uncles, Joseph (Susan) Bowen of Golden, IL, Andrew Bowen of Quincy, Brandon Bowen of Liberty, IL, Mike (Jackie) Osborne of Quincy, and Calvin Osborne of Quincy ; aunts, Nora Bowen of Quincy, Heather (Craig) Johnson of Quincy, Gina Ridgeway of Columbia, MO, LaRetha Rudd, Brenda Osborne, Angela Jackson, Marva Henderson, and Sonja (Mike) Kirby; god-mother, Tonya Coulter; cousins, Kassandra (Brandon) Brown, Dylan (Sarrah) Bowen, Radiance Oliver and numerous other cousins.

Skyler was preceded in death by grandparents, LaVerne Osborne, Amos Benton, and Joseph Bowen; a step brother Matthew Troy, aunt Linda Anders, and special friends, Randy Bowser Smith and Orlando Patrick Smith. .

Services: A memorial service will be held at 12:30 pm Sunday, February 21, 2021, in the Commons at Madison Park Church in Quincy (311 N. 48th St.), with Rev. Dylan Bowen officiating. The celebration of Skyler's life will continue with a dinner at South Side Boat Club immediately following the service.
