To Bob's family,
Bob,s contributions to the Golden K Kiwanis was his friendly, warm personality as well as his interest in children, the wheel chair project and a reliable member of our club. I enjoyed speaking with him about his and my interest in the history of WWII. He even gave me WWII books and magazines that I shared with my oldest grandson. He will be missed to say the list. Dave May, Golden K club.

So very sorry for your great loss. Bob was such a sweet man, always involved, interesting to talk with, and a kind soul. He had a heart for helping and helped many times with our ministry of collecting wheelchairs. I loved his sense of humor, always ready with a story or joke. Praying for your family at this time.

Kathryn and the Rest of the Family--
I was a colleague of Bob's from 1961 until 1967 at QJHS. He was, simply, one of the good guys. During the last year of that tenure he was my landlord. A small band of us would occasionally head to St. Louis on a Friday night to take in a ball game. I used to get a kick out of him in the teachers' lounge, where he would specialize in making outlandish, Garmer-like statements as his solutions to societal or educational problems of the day, just to see what reactions he could get. He was a good man. R.I.P., Bob!
