My condolences to you, Merritt Tom and Mollee and families. Pollee was a lovely, spunky lady of many talents. It was always a blessing when she and Bro. Merritt would come East for a visit. I will always remember the two times I was honored to spend time with her and Bro. Merritt in their home in Quincy and to attend Fellowship with them. Her knitting was a work of art (I "inherited" a beautiful sweater she made), and her love of poetry was infectious. We enjoyed the book she published about "Snickers the Preacher Cat" -- it was so "Pollee". Pollee was a delight to know and will be sorely missed...."until we meet again."

Pollee will always be smiling in my memory. I think we can also thank her for getting Mom back to knitting on a regular basis. We all benefited from this craft! Many blessings to Merritt Tom and Mollee.

I am so sorry to hear about Pollee's passing. When she visited the library, Pollee always stopped by the children's department to say hi and talk about the latest in children's literature. She lost her husband the same time I lost my mom, and we cried on each other's shoulder. What a lovely lady with a wonderful family. Condolences to all.

Pollee was one of my most cherished friends. She was so much fun to talk to. She was so cheerful and upbeat. She was creative knitting and crocheting beautifully.
I loved visiting her and her cat. She walked with Christ cheerfully and bravely and was a wonderful role model for living a life in Christ. I will miss her so much but I know I will see her again someday.

Merritt and Mollie and grandkids--
I was in the Writers Guild with Pollee several years ago and we enjoyed reading each other's stuff. She was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed reading the preacher cat book and the poems that she anthologized. Please accept my condolences and prayers. She was a good soul.

So sorry to hear of Pollee's passing. My parents were friends and bridge players with Pollee and Merritt (Leo and Lois Mott). She was such a sweet lady. Prayers for your family.
