Theresa Ann Hoffman, age 61, of Sunset Home, formerly of 527 Washington, joined her Lord and Savior on July 14, 2012, at 12:38 pm in Blessing Hospital after a long battle with Lupus.

Survivors include three sisters, Sandra (Charles) Polley, Phyllis (Robert) Nutt, and Kathy (Jeffrey) Deege all of Quincy; a brother Eric (Shelley) Hoffman of Gallatin, TN; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, several cousins and a great great niece and nephew. Her pride and joy was her Yorkie, ‘Tia’, and was a very close neighbor and best friend, Polly Leckbee who loved her dearly.
