She was born October 26, 1920 in Platte City, Missouri, the daughter of Holly and Anna Brown Hammond. On May 2, 1942, she married Ernest Wuest in Platte CIty, MO. He preceded her in death on April 15, 1980.
She was a 50 year member of Labelle Chapter #316, OES in Labelle, MO and a member of First Christian Church, (Disciples of Christ), Quincy.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Virginia Hall, Weston, MO and a special cousin Judy Weisenborn, Tucson, AZ.
Services: 11:30 am Saturday, March 29, 2008 graveside at Platte City Cemetery, Platte City, MO.
