She was born on March 28, 1952 in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of Dean and Anne Evans Burrows.
She graduated from John Wood Community College with a degree in Nursing. She worked as an LPN at Quinssippi Nursing Home, Sunset Home, St. Vincent's Home, and Illinois Veterans' Home. She loved children and spent her spare time doting on her grandchildren. She also enjoyed shopping.
Survivors include two children: Susie and Jared Crawford, both of Quincy; three grandchildren: Kristin Tucker; Alex Calvert; and Lucas Noble all of Quincy; a brother, Mike Burrows of Quincy; and two sisters: Jan Botorff of San Jose, CA and Charlotte Thomas and her husband, Jim, of Milstadt, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents
