Maxine C. McFarland, age 85, of 2130 Harrison, died Friday, January 19, 2007 at 4:40 am in Good Samaritan Home.She was born July 7, 1921 in Rolla, Missouri the daughter of Lee Roy and Ola Josephine Marlow Courson. On December 28, 1940 she married Rolland Wesley McFarland in Rolla, Missouri. He preceded her in death on November 24, 1966.Survivors include her children, R. W. "Mike" McFarland and his wife Linda, Lake St. Louis, MO, F. R. "Randy" McFarland and his wife Jane, Quincy, and Scott McFarland and his wife Patti, Fort Wayne, Indian; a brother, Lee R. Courson, Brookville, PA; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Ruby Courson Blish.Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2007 in Quincy Memorial Park Mausoleum. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. |
