Ruth Marie Tribett , age 93 of 823 So. 36th, formerly of 43 Round Table, Riverside, California died Thursday (Sept. 14, 2006) at 7:20 am in Blessing Hospital.She was born October 29, 1912 in Barry, Illinois the daughter of William M. and Ethel May McDaniel Snider. On July 18, 1959 she marrried Thomas A. Tribett in Las Vegas, NV. He preceded her in death in August, 1998.She was a graduate of Quincy High School and a graduate of Gem City Business College. She was a member of Golden Rule Chapter # 1 of Order of Eastern Star, White Shrine of Jeruselem, Daughters of the Nile, & Scottish Rite Women's Club. In California she was a member of Victoria Presbyterian Church.Survivors include a sister-in-law Juanita McBride in Florida; nieces and nephews Ron Snider and his wife Darlene of Quincy; Linda Buddemeyer and her husband Charles of Emden, MO; Cheri Snider of Liberty, IL; Jim Snider and his wife Frances of St.Louis and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and 4 brothers Earl, Walter, Harold and Louis Snider.Services will be Tuesday morning at 10 am in Acheson & Graham Mortuary, Riverside, California with the Rev. Robert Flagg officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 4 until 8 pm. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Riverside, California. Memorials made to The Quincy Humane Society in Ruth's names would be appreciated. |
