Lola E. Priepot , age 94 of 611
Country Club Hts., and formerly of 2508 Cherry went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday,
September 6, 2006 at 4:50 am in Sycamore Health Care Center.
She was born November 25, 1911 in Marblehead, Illinois the
daughter of Willard and Eleanor Macklin Kealen. On July 29, 1931 she married Adam J.
Priepot, Sr., former Adams County Superintendent of Schools. He preceded her in death on
June 19, 1963.
She was Baptist by faith and had worked as a sales clerk for
Earel and Buss Drugs and Walton Pharmacy for over 14 years.
Survivors also include, 2 sons, Adam J. Priepot, Jr. and wife
Mary of The Village, FL; Don R. Priepot and wife Linda of Parrish, FL; 2 daughters, Norma
J. Harvey and husband Richard, and Cheryl McGartland and husband Paige, all of Quincy, IL;
son-in-law, Ron Lunsford of Penryn, CA; 13 grandchildren, Dawn Boyer and husband Scott,
Doug McGartland, Denise Meyers and husband Glenn, Debbie Shinn and husband Mike, and Bruce
Harvey and wife Mardi, all of Quincy; Rich Harvey and wife Louise of Newark, Ohio; Shawn
Priepot of St. Charles, MO; Lisa Costigan and husband Tony, and Lori Day and husband Rick,
all of Quincy; Rhonda Leonard and husband Ted, and Robin Lunsford, all of Falls Creek, ID;
Kenny Lunsford of Sacramento, CA; Doctor Kevin Lunsford of Bryan, TX, and 19 great
grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren, nieces and
nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Joyce Lunsford; two
brothers, Vernon and Francis; 3 sister, Esther Graham, Mary Waymire and a sister in
infancy.
Services will be Friday at 10 am in the Hansen-Spear Funeral
Home with Pastor Mickey Farlow and Pastor Brant VanHooser and Ron Miller officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 4-7 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in
Greenmount Cemetery. Memorials made to Calvary Baptist Church or Sycamore Health Care
Center in her name would be appreciated.
