No. 22nd, Quincy, died Monday, April 16, 2001 at 9:58pm in Blessing Hospital. She was born November 8, 1933 in Macomb, Illinois, the daughter of Leo and Loretta Slingerland Duniven. She married Wilbur C. Harscher April 7, 1954 in Quincy. He preceded her in death June 10, 1983. She was a 1951 graduate of Notre Dame High School. She loved crocheting and writing her friends. Survivors include 3 sons, Leonard Harscher, Mendon, IL; Wilbur Harscher and his wife Faye, Quincy; John Harscher and his wife Beth, Quincy; 9 grandchildren, Amy and Daryn Harscher, Mendon; Laura Fangman and her husband Jeff, Normal, IL; Andria Harscher, Nicholas Harscher, Jennifer Crawford, Ryan Harscher, all of Quincy; Bradley Harscher, Mendon, IL; Joe Harscher, Crystal River, Florida; several great grandchildren; 3 stepdaughters, Juanita Shelton and her husband Jim, Quincy; Mary Daly and her husband Francis, Hannibal, MO; Anna Wilper, Crystal River, Florida; several step grandchildren; 1 brother, Leo "Bud" Duniven and his wife Linda, Quincy; 2 sisters, Dixie Hively, Barry, IL; Sylvia Gray, Macomb, IL, 2 half brothers, Michael Duniven; Lubbock, TX, Robert Reedy, Odessa, TX; 2 half sisters, Debbie Sisk, Odessa, TX; Thelma Nelson, LaBelle, MO, and nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Friday, April 20, at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home, Rev. Henry Pratt officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4 until 7pm. Burial is in Sunset Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Diabetes Association and\or the charity of the donor's choice. |
